About Me
I am skilled multifaceted professional experienced in Technical Operations, Sales Management and Creative Design. I began work as a graphic designer and internet sales coordinator (assigning photographers to customers). My experience extended to creating and managing several online retail stores, some of which are some of my company's oldest websites. My work has evolved over the years to include technical operations and sales management.
I am a Technical Operations And Sales Manager with Egan Consulting in Sarajevo. My work consists of designing and building complex websites from e-shopping systems, to brand blogs. I use my skills with social media platforms to analyse income and create interactive infographics for businesses and share valuable information about how they operate.
I was the Photo and Video Manager at Holland America Line,Seattle, where my responsibilities extended to guest service, image production, autonomous revenue goals, and business planning. My expertise was in carving a career path for myself through Photo Lab and Photo Gallery operations, accounting, scheduling and reporting, and aimed at further optimizing oneself wisely through effective presentations and team huddles that had amazing consumer experiences at the forefront. I pushed for sales growth of 29% to 50% .
Before that, I had been a photo Laboratory Manager for Holland America Line in Seattle, where I traced and corrected technical glitches in photo-lab equipment of different makes, Noritsu, FujiFilm, Konica, Epson and Sawgrass as well as, using them in picture labs to give the photo-graphers high standard photo equipment and train them for its proper use. I reported sales achievement/exceed ing, while paying close attention to the customer.
Throughout my career, I've led teams to accomplish organizational goals by exhibiting great leadership and mentoring skills. I can effectively work with a variety of teams and clients because to my communication skills in English, Bosnian.
I'm proud of my accomplishments, which include exceeding hotel targets (GSS) of 8.98 at Holland America Line and obtaining the greatest PPD of 5.07 during the Alaska season. Their development and success are a result of my commitment to advising and mentoring photographers.

In this capacity, I expertly captured and processed high-quality images of a wide range of products using Adobe Photoshop, and uploaded them onto web servers for online sales. Additionally, I leveraged these images for successful marketing campaigns. As a customer support expert, I was the go-to person for resolving any online ordering issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Along with these web and marketing duties, I also took on branding and merchandising responsibilities for the company, including editing, printing, and labeling design products to be marketed throughout the country.
