At Merchandising Konzum in Sarajevo, I held the same position as my previous role at VFcomer, working as a Manager, Photographer, and Web Editor for an online retail shop. In this capacity, I expertly captured and processed high-quality images of a wide range of products using Adobe Photoshop, and uploaded them onto web servers for online sales. Additionally, I leveraged these images for successful marketing campaigns. As a customer support expert, I was the go-to person for resolving any online ordering issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Along with these web and marketing duties, I also took on branding and merchandising responsibilities for the company, including editing, printing, and labeling design products to be marketed throughout the country.
